Installation Instructions of the Grand Stream Handy Tone Analog to Digital Adapters.
The Grand Stream Handy tone ATA adapters are the easiest to get up and running. There three main components that need to be plugged in to get up and running. The Ethernet or network connection (which can be identified by the plug with the yellow and green light), The phone connection (which can be identified as a regular phone jack) and the Power adapter (which looks just like a regular power plug).

Here is what they look like plugged in.

Once you have all of you cables connected you should get a dial tone from your phone. There is a white button on the front of the adapter what will turn green when you get the dial tone or when you have an incoming call. Here is what it looks like.
If you do not get a dial tone or the button on the front is red please go here and download the cross loop client.
Crossloop Client this will allow tech support to login to your computer and configure the device to work with your router. These are very few and isolated events but can be done in a very timely and relatively short amount of time. Please have the password to your router available so that we can log in and get right to the device. If you don't have your router password please connect the Grandstream ATA device directly to your internet connection so we can log into the device remotely.
